As the Supply Operations Lead, you will own end-to-end market supply health, lead and optimize daily depot operations, enforce rigorous vendor performance, and drive continuous process improvements to scale commercial operations safely and cost-effectively.  

In this role, you will report to a reports to Market Operations Lead

You will:

  • Strategic Leadership & Vendor Governance: Lead daily depot operations, holding third-party vendor partners to rigorous safety, compliance, and operational SLAs through disciplined shift-level governance.

  • Supply & Demand Planning: Align staffing levels, vehicle turnaround cycles, and depot workflows against active in-service vehicle (ISV) targets to capture market rider demand.

  • Commercialization & Market Expansion: Serve as the primary operational liaison for scaling initiatives across the market, developing operational contingencies and unifying cross-functional partners (Driving Ops, Fleet Maintenance, Infra, GPS).

  • Continuous Process Improvement: Leverage data analytics to monitor market health, eliminate depot bottlenecks, reduce operational drag, and lower operating unit costs.

  • Cross-Functional Partnerships: Build collaborative, high-trust alliances between internal stakeholders and external partners, maintaining a shared commitment to safety and efficiency benchmarks.

You have:

  • Experience: 10+ years in operations management (fleet management, transportation, or high-velocity logistics) with a foundational safety-first ethos. (Bachelor’s degree required, or an additional 6+ years of equivalent work experience in operations, consulting, or planning).

  • Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to lead large teams and vendor workforces, navigate ambiguity, and resolve conflicting multi-stakeholder priorities with pragmatic action.

  • Analytical Rigor: Strong capability in interpreting complex operational datasets, spotting failure trends, and making data-backed decisions.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 

  • Safety-First, Rider-Centric Philosophy: A steadfast commitment to safety-centric fleet orchestration that prioritizes the rider experience, upholds industry-leading service standards, and fosters a humble, community-driven approach to operational refinement.

We prefer:

  • Direct experience in the ride-hailing/AV sector; proficiency with SQL and operational dashboarding; demonstrated track record in lean process improvement and vendor contract management.

  • 10%

The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
